An All staff meeting was held on Friday 26th May, 2023 at Sungi Office Abbottabad Pakistan. An overview of Sungi Development Foundation was given to the team members who were new to the organization.
Administration, Human Resource and Financial policies were shared for the staff knowledge and adherence.
Current project progress was reviewed and discussed among the Sungi project teams from PPIF, EQUIP, Sindh Flood Response and AWAZ II programmers.
Separate departmental meetings were held for the staff orientation and better understanding of the policies for day to day implementation.
Separate project staff meetings were held to better understand the on ground staff capacities and to provide them the guidance and support they require in the field.
Certificates of appreciation were distributed among the staff members who are no more working with Sungi Development Foundation.
This all staff meeting aimed to equip the staff with the knowledge they required for their roles not only in the projects but also their roles in Sungi Development Foundation as a member of the Sungi family.
