In pursuance of the direction of PMDU, Prime Minister Office Islamabad conveyed through PMRU office of the Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, regarding the display of awareness material in the districts. Sungi development foundation has been requested by the Deputy Commissioners of Haripur and Abbottabad for extending support for provision of Banners in the subject districts.
As Sungi has established strong coordination with district administrations in these districts therefore, Sungi has provided banners to both district Deputy Commissioner offices.
The district administration and Sungi team has jointly displayed these banners on the entry points of offices, public waiting rooms, in front of government departments, bus stands and on TMA billboards.
After conducting this joint venture in these districts, Deputy Commissioner Haripur appreciated the efforts of Sungi and gave letter of thanks. In addition, the DC Haripur also issue a letter of thanks to Sungi from his office regarding provision of support to DC office for Public Information and Facilitation Center.
