Scope and Objectives:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration. The intern will work closely with the HR team and contribute to the overall success of our organization by assisting in day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Ø Support on-boarding activities, including preparation of orientation materials and facilitating the on-boarding process for new hires.
Ø Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Ø Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and training sessions.
Contribute to the performance management process by coordinating feedback sessions and performance appraisals.
Ø Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as preparing reports, creating presentations, and managing HR documentation.
Ø Research and recommend HR best practices to improve processes.
Ø Address employee queries and assist in resolving HR-related issues.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities of Internee.
1. Support Program Activities:
Assist program staff in implementing project activities, events, and campaigns.
2. Community Engagement:
Interact with community members, listen to their concerns, and provide support as needed.
3. Data Collection and Entry:
Assist in collecting and entering data for project monitoring and evaluation.
4. Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and answering phone calls.
5. Other Tasks:
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
1. Education: BA-MA
2. Experience: Not mandatory
Skills:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a team environment
– Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Language: Fluency in local language/English
Working Conditions
1. Work Hours: 9:00 Am to 5:00PM
3. Travel: willingness to travel in different areas where Sungi is operating.

Over a period of last 27 years, Sungi has implemented more than 160 projects across Pakistan covering more than 50 districts.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration and Procurement Intern to support our administrative and procurement functions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office operations, procurement processes, and vendor coordination within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and organizing office supplies.
· Support the procurement team in sourcing vendors, obtaining quotations, and comparing prices to ensure cost efficiency.
· Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documents.
· Track inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of office and project-related supplies.
· Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
· Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any procurement-related issues.
· Help prepare and update reports related to administrative and procurement activities.
· Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support office operations.
Requirements:
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Profile Summary
The position aims to ensure that all Accounts and Finance related activities at the Head office are completed accurately and in a timely manner as per the Sungi Policies. Deputy Manager Finance acts as a look after all accounting and finance activities at GL level and assists the Director Finance in achieving the departmental objectives.
