Sungi Development Foundation celebrated National Day for Minorities, on 11th August 2023 in Abbottabad.
Under Aawaz ll Program Sungi Development Foundation with the Collaboration of District Administration Abbottabad organized dialogue to Commemorate the National Minority Day among all religions in District Abbottabad and encourage all participants and religious leaders to spread the message of love and goodwill in mosques, churches, temples, Gurdwara and other places of worships.
Event was held in the office of Additional Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad, Assistant Commissioner Abbottabad, District Social Welfare Officer, Director BISP, Director Baitul Mal, Incharge CPU, representative of District Bar, Representative Interfaith harmony and Human Rights Committee attended the event.
Minority Councilor Patter Munawar Habib said religious minorities facing discrimination in different field of life including access job, availability of worship places across the country but we love Pakistan and we will stand as nation for peace and development of Pakistan.
